The Visiting Nurse Association will be distributing the Flu Vaccine from 9:00-11:30am in the Social Hall.
Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage plans, HAP (except Cigna HAP), Priority Health, Physician’s Health Plan, Blue Care Network, Aetna and BCBC (except TEA Prefix) accepted.
If you do not have health insurance, the cost of the flu shot is $45, or $85 for the “senior” flu shot. If paying by check, make payable to Michigan Community Wellness VNA.
Children age 6 months through 17 years of age with parental consent may be vaccinated.
Please make an appointment for the flu vaccine by registering with the Parish Secretary at 586-254-4433. A picture ID and all insurance needs to be presented when receiving the flu vaccine. If you have questions, call Sue Verellen at 586-882-6063.
