St. Therese of Lisieux will host an AARP Driver Safety Course on October 9th and 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Proven driving techniques will be taught to keep you safe on the road. You will learn facts about the effects of medication on driving, how to reduce driver distractions, maintain the proper distance behind another car, the proper use of safety belts, air bags, and anti-lock brakes, techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way and roundabouts, and new technology found in cars today.
Completion of this course may even qualify you for an insurance discount! The cost is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members.
