“Live in me. Make your Home in me just as I do in you. In the same way that a branch can’t bear grapes by itself but only joined to the vine, you can’t bear fruit unless you are joined to me.”
This Bible quote always reminds me of one of the first sentences I learned in my high school Spanish class, “Mi casa es su casa”, which means, My house is your house”. Throughout my life, it has been a thought I have before guests enter our home.
We all want to grow in our relationship with Jesus. Sometimes the Bible can be difficult to understand but his verse is very clear. He is the vine and we are the branches. If we are separated, the growth stops. He is always there for us, all we have to do is reach out to Him and he will reach to us with His loving heart.
