Resolution to Share Your Faith with Other

Perhaps you have noticed that more families and friends are not attending church consistently anymore, seemingly distancing themselves from God and His church. At the same time, you see the longing for God and the truth. It is up to us to carry on our beautiful faith and pass it on to others. Pope Francis tells us that evangelizing is the church’s number one priority.

Modern Catholics are not usually great about sharing their faith with others, but this can change with the willingness to practice. At first, talking about our faith with others may be uncomfortable. Like anything, the more you practice, the better you get at it. You might initially talk about simple things, like how Christ and His church bring you joy, happiness, comfort, and community. Then, you might want to invite a friend or relative to attend mass with you. Another idea is passing on a rosary, prayer card, or medal to someone who needs a prayer, or better yet, offering to pray with them right where you are!
