Some call it science, some call it a miracle. As Christians, we know that this is God’s plan to nourish us and keep us alive.
It is a matter give and take, a balance. Likewise, we need to find a balance that allows us to do our best. Many of us have taken on the role of being givers – which is wonderful. But, too much of it can lead to exhaustion, headaches and crankiness. Just like plants, we need to find a balance. We have all been given gifts by the Holy Spirit. It is our Christian obligation to spread those gifts with others and find the true balance that will enable us to be the best version of ourselves.
