Join the Knight’s of Columbus

Men of St. Therese of Lisieux: Do you feel that you would like to make a difference in your parish and community? Do you have a couple hours a month that you are able to devote to help raise money in support of the disadvantaged in our community, to work on projects to build the faith of our fellow Catholics and strengthen our families, to help with improvement projects at our church or for those who do not have the means to do them themselves? Then join the Knights of Columbus.

The Knights of Columbus is an International Order of Catholic men who are called to lead with faith, protect our families, serve others, and defend values in a busy changing world. Council 11957 at St. Therese of Lisieux celebrated 25 years of serving our parish last summer and new enthusiastic members are needed to keep the momentum going. You have seen Knights serving as Ushers, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors and Choir members at church or collecting donations for Tootsie Rolls in our community. You may have eaten at the Fish Frys, Pancake Breakfasts and Pasta Dinners hosted by the Knights or had coffee and donuts in the Gathering Space after Mass. Donations from these events go to support Michigan citizens with intellectual or physical challenges and to those men studying to be priests. The Council must grow to be able to continue to provide these services.

You can join now by simply visiting kofc.org/joinus and enter our council #11957 in the application. Use the code blessedmcgivney when you sign up and your first year’s membership dues will be free.
