Three Main Aspects of the Eucharist
What are the three main aspects of the Eucharist?
- The sacrifice of Christ’s Body and Blood on the cross is made present to us so that we can participate in His Saving Grace
- The bread and wine are changed into His Body and Blood at Mass during the Consecration. It is not merely a symbol, but The Real Presence
- It is a gift of Himself to us. We become one with Him in the Holy Communion when we receive the Eucharist
