Benefits of becoming an Altar Server:
- Volunteering as an altar server can develop a sense of identity and self-esteem.
- Serving helps everyone grow in their personal relationship with our Lord.
- People enjoy serving together. We are called to live in community.
- Serving promotes respect, builds understanding of the mass, and inspires giving back.
- Working on and around the altar promotes leadership and social skills.
Requirements:
Candle Bearers: For students grades 3 and 4, as an introductory level to altar serving.
Altar Servers: Starting at 5th grade.
You may select the Mass times and weekends you are available to serve.
Altar Server Training is Available Upon Request
