The format for these Armor of God sessions will differ from those before; we will meet in the church to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, a public prayer including hymns, psalms, readings, and prayers according to the liturgical calendar. Christians have prayed it since the early 200s, and it offers the opportunity to immerse your prayer life in the Psalms and readings from the Old and New Testaments, improving your knowledge of scripture and Christ.
The Liturgy of the Hours, Benediction, and silent prayer will be followed by snacks and beverages in the Divine Mercy Room, where the activities will be discussed. These sessions are open to all men of our parish family.
