Over 150 volunteers of all ages came together on March 21 for a spirited and joy-filled meal-packing event, resulting in 20,000 meals that will help feed those in need locally, across the country, and around the world. Families, parishioners, and community members worked side by side, sharing smiles, laughter, and a common purpose: to help fight hunger both near and far.
We offer our heartfelt gratitude to every volunteer who made this remarkable effort possible. Your generosity and dedication have made a meaningful impact in countless lives.
This event beautifully embodies our shared call to live out the Gospel through service and aligns seamlessly with five of the seven themes of Catholic Social Teaching:
- Life and Dignity of the Human Person
- Call to Family, Community, and Participation
- Rights and Responsibilities
- Option for the Poor and Vulnerable
- Solidarity
Together, we have witnessed the power of faith in action — a shining reminder that no act of kindness is ever too small and that, united in Christ, we can help build a world where no one goes hungry.
“Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due time we shall reap our harvest.” — Galatians 6:9
