Our Home Study approach to religious formation will utilize both Ebooks and online resources. Every lesson for each grade level is based on the week’s Sunday Gospel and the Catholic doctrine that flows from it. Parents and guardians will find this method easy-to-use and it will assist them in discussing the Gospel together as a family each week.
Family Times are scheduled events for the whole family. Participation in these Times is HIGHLY encouraged!

MISSION GRADES 7, 8 & 9 (CONFIRMATION PREPARATION)The goal of our Mission program is to prepare students to take the next step on their faith journey – Confirmation, and thus be fully initiated in the Catholic Church. Our goal is to offer the teens a meaningful and fulfilling experience. It is our goal that through a variety of hands-on activities your teen will gain thorough knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Faith. It is also our hope to win over his/ heart at this critical time in his/her life.
We use the “Chosen” Program from Ascension Press which is carefully designed to address and answer your teen’s fundamental questions about life, and to challenge him/her to embrace a life of faith. There are four class times:
Mondays or Tuesdays, and 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM or 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM. We meet bi-monthly, from September to May. First class starts on Sept. 12/13, 2022.
Additionally, teens will need to participate in one offsite retreat and participate in the life of the church by doing a minimum of 6 service hours each academic year.We would like to encourage you, parents, (and sponsors) to come to one of our two parent meetings where you will have the chance to experience first hand some of the questions and activities your teen will face while in class.
