Introducing the STOL Summer Series—three Tuesday nights designed to feel less like “church events” and more like the laid-back, see-where-the-evening-takes-you gatherings your summer is craving. Whether you’re all-in on faith, cautiously curious, or simply hunting for something real to do with friends, each evening weaves together good vibes, authentic conversation, and moments that matter. Pick one date or clear the calendar for all three—but whatever you do, don’t come alone. Bring a friend, grab a lawn chair, and see where the Spirit leads.
Mass & Munchies
Tuesday, June 17 · 6:00–8:00 PM — Rosary Garden
Worship. Chill. Feast. Settle into the Rosary Garden for an outdoor Mass, where birds provide the choir and summer’s golden hour lights the altar. Afterward, pizza’s on us, and drinks are free, so linger under the sky, swap stories, or wander inside for a quick tour of stained-glass windows that have witnessed more than a century of prayer. Church skeptics are welcome; participation is optional, hospitality is not.
Beads & Burritos
Tuesday, July 15 · 6:00–8:00 PM — Rosary Garden
Pray real. Eat well. Connect deeply. This is the Rosary reimagined for 2025: We’ll pray “Rosary for Today’s World,” naming anxiety, loneliness, purpose, justice, and healing aloud. Expect honesty, a few holy goosebumps, and plenty of room for questions. Then it’s taco truck time—plus beer and wine—so you can keep the conversation rolling with people who are wrestling with the same hopes and hurdles.
Bonfires & Blessings
Tuesday, August 19 · 6:00–8:00 PM — Rosary Garden
Burn it. Bless it. Breathe it in. Picture crackling bonfires, acoustic guitars, and the rich aroma of pour-over coffee drifting through the late-summer air. We’ll open with a short prayer, then invite you to jot down both blessings and burdens, toss them into the flames, and watch them rise like incense. No speeches, no pressure—just space to reflect, laugh, and rediscover your spark.
Why Come?
Because faith isn’t meant to stay indoors, and community shouldn’t feel complicated. These nights are built for first-timers and long-timers—light on formalities, heavy on welcome. If you’ve ever wished church felt more like hanging out with good people around good food, this is your sign. Show up. Bring a friend. Let’s flip the script—together.
